These Terms of Use govern your use of the Iron Time app and related website materials.
For App Store downloads, Apple provides the standard end user license agreement that applies unless a different regional license agreement is presented in App Store Connect. These website terms are intended to explain the public usage terms for Iron Time and irontime.app.
Operator information
Iron Time is currently published and supported through irontime.app. Support requests and legal questions can be directed to hey@irontime.app.
Use of the app
Iron Time is provided as a strength training and workout tracking tool. You may use the app only in compliance with applicable laws and these terms.
Subscriptions and trials
Iron Time may offer premium features through auto-renewable subscriptions made available through Apple's App Store. If a free trial is offered, eligibility, duration, renewal, and billing terms are determined by the App Store configuration presented to you at purchase time.
Subscription purchases, renewals, cancellations, refunds where applicable, pricing display, and account billing are handled by Apple under your App Store account settings and Apple's terms.
Managing or restoring purchases
If you purchase Iron Time Pro, you can manage your subscription through your Apple account subscriptions settings. Restore options may also be available in the app where supported.
If there is a conflict between Apple's purchase, billing, or refund rules and this page, Apple's App Store terms and policies control those App Store transactions.
No medical advice
Iron Time is provided for informational and workout logging purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You are responsible for your own training decisions and health considerations.
Availability and changes
Features, workflows, subscription offerings, and app availability may change over time. Iron Time may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, attempt to access parts of the service you are not authorized to access, or use the app in a way that violates law or the rights of others.
Warranty disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iron Time is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iron Time and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from your use of the app.
Changes to these terms
These Terms of Use may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those updated terms to the extent permitted by law.
