If you run into trouble with purchases, restore behavior, rest timer notifications, or iCloud backup status, send a message to hey@irontime.app and include your device model, iOS version, and a short description of the issue.

If the issue is tied to purchases or iCloud backup, include the App Store account context you are comfortable sharing, any error message shown in the app, and the approximate time the problem occurred.

FAQ

How do I restore my purchase?

Open Iron Time and use the restore purchases option where available in the subscription or upgrade flow. Make sure you are signed into the same Apple account used for the original purchase.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscription billing and management are handled by Apple. You can manage your subscription through the App Store subscriptions page in your Apple account settings.

What happens if my trial or subscription ends?

Iron Time may move into a limited or read-only access state depending on the active launch configuration. Your existing workout data should remain preserved on the device unless you remove the app or delete the data.

How does iCloud backup work?

When iCloud is available and enabled for the app, Iron Time may back up and restore workout data using CloudKit. If iCloud is unavailable, restricted, or full, the app may keep your latest data only on the device until backup becomes available again.

What if the app says iCloud backup needs attention?

Check that you are signed into iCloud on the device, that iCloud is available for the app, and that your iCloud storage is not full. If the problem continues, contact support with the message shown in the app.

Why am I not getting rest timer notifications?

Check iPhone notification permissions for Iron Time in Settings and make sure notifications are allowed. If notifications are disabled, rest timer alerts may not appear outside the app.

Does Iron Time track me for advertising?

Based on the current launch behavior, Iron Time does not use cross-app advertising tracking and does not include third-party ad networks. See the Privacy Policy for current details.
